Care and use:
Save on energy by using the right sized heat source for the width of the pan. Don't allow the flame to go beyond the base of the pan
Don't use a high heat setting. A low to medium heat setting is recommended when using this product to allow the pan to heat gradually
Don't leave the pan empty when the heat is on and don't allow the pan to boil dry
And always lift the pan from the hob - don't drag it, as this may cause scratches
Although the glass lid is made from toughened glass and is very strong, please take care not to knock the lid when cooking or cleaning as repeated knocks or one severe knock may cause it to shatter. Also don't put the lid into cold water when it’s hot
To keep it looking its best, only use wooden, nylon or silicone utensils as metal utensils may damage the non-stick coating

Remove all packaging Before using for the first time, hand wash in warm soapy water and dry thoroughly afterwards

Don’t use abrasive cleaners as they may spoil the finish. If you get burnt on food stuck to the pan, leave to cool then soak in warm soapy water. If a residue forms on the ceramic and halogen hobs, please use an appropriate cleaning solution
